Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 57 am Relating to an amendment to the                     
Constitution of the United States prohibiting federal courts from              
ordering a state or a political subdivision of a state to increase or          
impose taxes, be held to the May 10 calendar. Without objection, it            
was so ordered.
